1. Guests will be redirected to www.staah.com for online booking
2. The normal hotel time for check-in / check-out is detailed below:
a) Hotel Check-In Time: 14:00 hrs. (2 p.m.)
b) Hotel Check-Out Time: 11:00 hrs. (11 a.m.)
3. Any stay extension by guest will be subject to:
a) Room availability during that point of time &
b) The room rates will be as per BAR – best available rate of the day.
4. For guest arriving before the normal check-in time:
a) Guest arrivals after 8 a.m. will be allocated rooms only on availability basis & without any additional charge.
b) Guest arrivals before 8 a.m. will be allocated rooms only on availability basis & will be charged as per BAR – best available rate of the day.
5. As per the state government notification to all the Hoteliers – it is mandatory that all guests have to carry their photo identity proof at the time of check-in. The photo identity proof can be in form of either Passport / Voter ID card / Valid driving license / PAN card etc.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy :
All bookings for room accommodation will be guaranteed only against full payments in advance and all such bookings will treated as CONFIRMED bookings.
As such CONFIRMED room bookings cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is NON- REFUNDABLE.
